The preschool students were learning about see life. He looked at the artwork of the artist Wyland Who paints all kinds of sea life pictures. The students use pastels to make their ocean. Each student true it's own see life creature. And we also used foam see life creatures.

The fourth-graders are learning a bout California. In art class they are making a relief map. They are using clay paint and cardboard.

Cityscape with a reflection

We are working on a cityscape with a reflection project. First class the kids used different colors of construction paper to cut shapes and build buildings. In our next class the students drew the reflection in the water using pencils. After that we painted the background and the buildings in the reflection with Tempra paint.I saw this project in the school art magazine.
