Clay fruit

Second grade students had to choose between making an apple a pomegranate or a Citroen for the Jewish high holidays. The fruit were made out of clay.  Then the students used different stones and mosaics to design their projects.

Clay birds and bugs

The preschool kids looked at and studied the artwork of Charlie Harper. Next they made three dimensional bugs or birds with model magic lay pipe cleaners feathers and beads. Then they made habitats for their creations.

Pomegranat Apple and Etorg

For the upcoming holiday of Sukkot  The second graders created a tile. They had the choice of making pomegranates Etorg or apples . They used model Magic clay and glass stones.
