School mural to be sold at auction
For this year's school auction the students in the art room created a community picture. We use lots of different collage supplies.
Family portraits
The kindergarten students are working on creating family portraits. They started by drying their families in sharpie and then added watercolors.
Flowers
The preschool kids looked at the art of Georgia Okeefe. After that they worked on creating their own flowers. They used crayons ,water color ,temperature paint and glitter.
Trees and fruit
The fifth-graders worked on making fruit for the holiday Tu B'shvat (The birthday of the trees) they used watercolors.

Snowman
The second-grade students made their own snowman. First they drew their snowman and then they use pastels to color them in.
Cave paintings
The second-grade students are starting to design some cave paintings. We spent time talking about cave paintings and looking at videos of inside of caves. Next they drew out their own cave paintings and use pastels to color them. After that they will make frames for their project.
